Not only do we meticulously clean and maintain the property, we’ll cover repairs up to a certain dollar amount. It’s a win-win-win all around when we take excellent care of your property, we provide an amazing service to our guests, and we are able to grow our business.
We Assist Investors with Setting Up Rentals
We assist our clients with property remodeling, prepping, and/or set up as a rental, whether short-term, mid-term, or long-term. From bathroom and kitchen remodels, minor repairs, and paint - even dealing with occupancy inspections - to package delivery acceptance, furniture assembly and staging, cleaning, and interviewing local cleaners/handymen(or women) - our team has done the hard work to get a rental set up.
We Help Families Find a Home
Not all families can qualify for traditional bank financing to buy a home. We work with local advisors and specialists to set these families up on a path to get their financial house in order so that they may be able to finance the purchase of their home.
